Movie Marathon: Eat Pray Love, Charlie St Cloud and Sorority Wars

Before she went into the college university, she was already destined to be the sorority president of which her mother was a member. She stands as the legacy to her mother but it did not went well when things went wrong and she heard all that she wants to hear that made her a big decision not to be on the sorority.

She joined the other sorority aiming to put the Delta down. Now she is a Kappa member, which turn out to be a surprise co'z the Delta who dominates the school were thrown out from being the number one sorority. They took out the trophy from the Delta sorority and made a new History.

Its a story of taking choices, listening to yourself and friendship. A story of a mother and a daguhter relationship and a story of love in general.

Charlie St Cloud loves his brother so much. But when Sam St Cloud (his brother) died in a car accident that night, things gone terribly wrong for him. He realized that life is not just about yourself but taking a deep insight on what it has to offer you. That life is but a twist and turn but it doesn't end there. That life is so beautiful and is for living.

Its a story of taking chances, love, friendship.

Zac Efron's first drama movie is a good one. He played the charatcer well. He portrayed a young man with neglected insights and sooner have come to realize what is he all about in general.

One Good Watch especially for people who wants to know how to deal with life.

Sel realization is what the Julia Robert's starrer movie Eat Pray Love is all about. When she founds out that something is missing in her life, he asked for a journey, peace of mind and being alone. But on her choosen journey, she met a lot of people whom she has took some lessons from.

Her journey ended with a new beginning for love and life.

One of my favorite lines in the movies:

"Hello God. Its nice to finally met You. Im so sorry if i haven't talk to you directly before".

This was a line taken when she founds out that she needs a space and only by then she knows that there is someone above ready to lsiten to her.

This movie too has paved way for Miss Robert's, as i heard from rumors, to change his religious belief.

Step Up 3D, #1 Cheerleading Camp and Leap Year (2 movies before my eyes shut for this day)

Nothing and no one can stop you in pursuing your dream. Unless you, yourself, is putting it to the end and continue to leave a stagnant Life.

I just so love the moves in this Step Movie. The good thing about this sequel is that the continue to put the characters they have from the 2 previous Step Up movies. One is the girl who played Channing's sister in Step Up 1 and the dancers in Step Up 2.

Just watch the movie despite of being released just 2 or 3 months ago.

Released way back in January, Leap Year is a story of traditions and superstition. A story about a girl believing that proposing to her boyfriend on the 29th of February (Leap Year) is a good sign for the rest of her life. But, not until he met the man he fall inlove with.

Amy Adams (Enchanted) and Matthew Goode has a good chemistry in the movie that it was a good one for me.

I still got the feel of chick flick movies. After all everyody can also learn something from "Love Story MOvies".

One Hillarious and sexy movie you dont dare to watch. Though the story seem to be so obvious, its the characters who are playing that you need to watch out. The same theme of fulfilling a dream and realization that life does not end when it tried to put you down on your first attempt.

Sometimes, we need to learn to fall before picking up ourselves again and continue to dream and pursue what lies ahead for each of us.

Petrang Kabayo (Vice Ganda and Roderick Paulate)

Nothing beats Vice Ganda in throwing out punchlines and humor. In his latest movie, he portrayed Peter on the flick "Petrang Kabayo". We hve just watched this moive in the big screen last 3 days ago and i would say that its full of humor and some touch of drama.

Petrang Kabayo was originally portrayed by Roderick Paulate in the 80s or the early 90s (i dont know which era was it but i also watched that movie). So far, both are pretty good. There might have been some new scenes added in the latest version but the theme and aim of the movie for both were still intacked thus it may have been new faces, more humor was added in the latest flick..

From the old flick, Zorayda Sanchez plays the Fairy who gave Peter (Petra when turned to a horse) the curse to turn him into a horse whenever he shows bad attitude and bad deeds to his fellow. Eagle took her place in the new flick. Aiza Seguerra was one of the early late 80s and early 90s child actor and no wonder he got the role as Peter's little sister by then and it was played by a new comer in the new flick who really did it well too. I just love this kid and how she throws out her lines.

Well, needless to say but humurous flicks will always be one of my favorite to watch especially if they are played by good actors.

Let's support Filipino made movies.

Pursuit of Happyness

Moral Lesson:

Pursuing happyness is swimming the river of dreams, fighting the vikings of struggles, debating with the harshness of one's word and winning in the battlefield of all battlefields.

Life has ups and downs. You can feel it on Chris Gardner's shoes.

This is a pretty touching reality-based movie. One of Will Smith's Best. If you will not be touched by this movie, you better be dead.

Starring:

Will Smith
Jaden Smith

Letters To Juliet

Memorable Lines:

"What and If are two words as non-threatening as words can be. But put them together side-by-side and they have the power to haunt you for the rest of your life."

Lesson Learned:

Love has no expiration date. Its never too late for love if things were worked on and realized. Years cannot judge how your feelings would change unless you have not felt true love.

Starring:

Amanda Seyfred
Christopher Egan

Beauty and the Briefcase

What i Learned from this movie:

Sitting standards are not always a good practice in aiming for something. Its best that we should go with the flow of life and discover that what we wanted is already in front of us.

We are sometimes blinded by the fact that we can always stick with our own rules but no! It is better to leave things and make time work everything for you.

Afterall, surprises are always around and you will never know that its more than what you are expecting to have.

Starring:
Hilary Duff
Michael Mcmillian
